Description

This newest MNG custom mix collection is inspired by the bright and bold Drag Queens of NOLA! Just like the local queens here, they pack TONS of color, and sparkle in just the right places.

This is a custom mix glitter that is pearly and iridescent, that packs a BIG punch in coverage and sparkle.

Neon Purple: Gene La MarrGene was one of the oldest drag queens dating back to the 1940s. As a Cuban American immigrant, she made a name for herself as a performer at the Wonder Club and was an essential pioneer in helping introduce New Orleans to drag. She was well known for her bride-like dresses and wonderful routine. Cuba and New Orleans during the 1940s and 1950s had close cultural ties relating to the entertainment scene in the French Quarter and Gene La Marr was a cornerstone to this trend.
